How is the Cingular reception on this phone in the Northeast Area. Also can I use mp3 ringtones with this phone or no.

I don't know about reception with Cingular in the Northeast area.

But I do know that you can use MP3's as ringtones.

i live in upstate new york and my reception is excellent but as every one knows reception is a tricky thing
