How do I set the number of rings before a call goes to voicemail?
The voicemail set-up with Cingular has been a problem - probably just me! 😉

If you talk to Cingular I believe you can tell them how long you'd like your phone to ring up to 30 seconds.

Have talked to them quite a few times re: different issues.
This phone has the voicemail set up, but when called and not answered, the phone rings and rings without going to voicemail.
We love the phone, but set-ups and menus are a real pain.
