Motorola V551 / V330 / V547 / V555 / V557

I have been having trouble with my v551 or actually what I think is A network problem of some sort. I have had the phone and service in Central Florida since January. The last 4 or 5 days the phone is Not ringing when people are calling me, approximately 9 out of 10 times. When someone calls my phone and it doesnt ring to indicate I have an incoming call, some of these calls are not going to my voicemail, and of those calls that do get my voicemail, my phone doesn't indicate I have a voice mail message until approximately 3-8 hours later. Last night I was on 2 phones with cingular service to attempt to resolve this problem.
