Had V600 tmobile wants to send me V330

I have a V600 with t-mobile. It has been having issues with random reboots and they are proposing to send me the V330 as a replacement. I don't see anything drastically different between the 2 phones and I was wondering what you guys thought about trading the v600 for v330.
