The voice 'tag' feature is only avilable when you save your contacts to the phone memory. If they are saved onto the SIM card then the option won't show.
Goto into the phonebook. Highlight an entry and hit the middle softkey to go into the Phonebook Menu. Choose Edit. Scroll down to Store to and choose Phone.
After that you should see an option titled Voice Name. Choose that and it will say 'press voice key then say name.' Hit the key on the right and follow the prompts.
You can only set around 20 or so voice tags from what I've heard. Not certain.
