Newbie Help With Camera
I just got this phone today, I haven't been able to learn how to use all of the features just yet, but I've been trying to use the camera.
QUESTION, is it just my phone, or when u swivel the camera to the outside, does it make everything upside down. How are you taking your pictures, do you turn your phone upside down everytime you wanna take a picture? That has to be one of the dumbest things I've ever heard of, if i swivel the camera inside everything is right side up, but i cant use ethe flash ... is there any way around this or are all of u a890 users just taking ur pics upside everytime?

When in camera mode, there's a row of icons on the bottom, the 3rd icon from the left looks something like 2 triangles with a line in between. Using your left/right buttons, move to that icon and then click on the up button, that will invert your view. If you click on the down button, it will invert your picture from left-to-right.
Hope to hear more from you about the phone. I just got mine on Wednesday and am still fiddling with it. The only issue I have with it is that the reception on mine isn't as good as my old tri-mode phone, I might return it to get the motorola v710.

Thank you SO MUCH for helping me out, I was worried that it was something that can be changed.
My reception has been top notch, I've only had it for one day keep in mind, but in my area verizon has the best signal. There is something you could try to help get better service, if you dial *228 and then hit option 2, it upgrades the towers your phone can use and it is supposed to give you better service, give it a shot.

thanks for the suggestion, I just activated my phone 2 days ago, I don't suppose it'll change it much. I hope it's not this particular unit that's sub-par.
