Unfortunately this phone isn't coming out anytime soon. CNET confirmed this yesterday (http://reviews.cnet.com/4520-3504_7-5754908. html) that the release date has been pushed back again. Who knows if it's ever going to make it to Verizon--proably not.

I think this phone will be out sooner that people think... the phone is now on VZWs Aproved device list... just seems like a good sign for people that awaiting for this phone

Yeah i called in asking about the N330 telling them that it is on the Approved device list and they said "what list". I replied with "The one im looking at right now in e*ROES." "oh we dont have access to that. So yeah it is on the approved device list and no one in customer service knows what im talking about. 😢

Like I said, the phone is not coming out anytime soon. Approved device list means it's had been cleared by the FCC as a wireless device...
