Love the Verizon Store Reps
Just called the store today to see if they had the phone and the guy said yes and said I could get it today. When down there paid nothing for it and after they manually programmed it since it is not in the system yet it works fine.. only thing is I cant tell if you can call and answer w/ out the slide going up...

Damn i just tried to call and order one... I was told they dont have em. WTF?

I had the exact opposite experience - and that's a day AFTER it was released on the web.
Me: "I don't see the Samsung N330 in your display, do you have them available by any chance?"
VZW Rep: "Nope, sorry."
Me: "That's funny, it's availabe on your website for sale."
VZW Rep: "Well, we have it, but just not on display."
Me: "Well can I still purchase one?"
VZW Rep: "No, we won't have it for sale until we put it on display."
So frustrating...it would've been faster for me to order and wait for it in the mail.
