Is this a good phone? I would like to know from someone who uses it. From my perspective a lot of people are buying them, are they really that good?

I got it for my mom and I must say that its a really neat phone. A lot of great fetures packed into a tiny slim phone. Great for what she needs it. Love the independent voice dialing feature and user interface is very easy to use and very well organized. Samsung makes great phone and this is no exception.
