I was at my local cingular store earlier today to look at the Razr V3 and decided that its not for me so I asked what the sales rep knew about the s710.
He went to check his list of upcoming phones and he said that it was on the list to be shipped early to mid december so that it would be in stock for christmas.

u may get some sort of a discount for the phone when u start up a new contract with cingular..unfortunetly u will have to choose one of cingulars plans to obtain this or any other cingular branded phone..as for your plan if u love it so much which it soundz like a good plan u would have to stay with your phone and not reap the benafits of rollover etc.. but u could keep your plan for a period of time..
