Price?
I checked the s700 out ant the price is $699.99(with no contract of course)...god i hope the s710 isnt that much(since i wont be getting it with a two year contract)...i find $699.99 rather expensive and i dont think cingular will sell this phone for more than that razr...if anyone has heard any prices can u please let me know

I see the specs have changed..it used to come with 64MB of internal memory..now it is down to 32..interestingly, that seems to coincide with the FCC approval..out of curiosity, I wonder if that had anything to do with the delay on their approval, or am I grasping for straws here..

um....you're crazy. the s710a was always slated to have 32 megs built in. it comes with another 32 in memory stick duo form but yah....

I was checking the Sony Ericsson website and found out the price for this phone will be $399.00 under Cingular with the 2 year contract. So yes, it will be more expensive with 1 year contract or no contract at all.

You could get it with a one year contract from amazon.com for $270 after rebate

Rule of thumb is usually add $50 to the 2yr contract price and thats what it should be for 1yr, or $100 to the price of 2yr contract and thats what full price should be..that equates to $500 full price..ouch..only paid $400 for my Nokia 6620, and pound for pound, IMO, its a better phone..having said that, if the S710a came with the Symbian OS, it may be the phone of the decade (as of yet)..as long as it lived up to its billing of course..
