Sony Ericsson S710a
Sony Ericsson says it will still be out in December.
I emailed Sony Ericsson yesterday (December 23). They replied to my email today (December 24). I asked them when the Sony Ericsson S710a phone will be available in the United States, and asked if there has been a delay. Here is the response I got back from them

It would be nice if this is correct, but considering the "form" style of that email, my guess is still mid-January.

What do you mean by the form style of the email? That came directly from a Sony Ericsson representative.

I have no doubt it comes from the outbox for a SE rep...I've just seen many form emails, and that appears to be one.

Here's what I think is going on. In regards to Sony Ericsson, They prob. released it out to Cingular stores already this december. However, Cingular due to some reason is delaying its release, thus Sony Ericsson believe it should be out in December but due to Cingular its actually not. This is just my theory to what may be going on.

I think he's absolutely right. Sony Ericsson knows when Sony Ericsson is going to release to Cingular, which like they said, will be released in December to Cingular. Sony Ericsson doesn't know and more than likely doesn't care whether Cingular relases it to the public in December or Janurary, and even more than likely doesn't know when Cingular is going to re...
