I spoke to a cingular sales rep today and she told me an SE rep brought the phone by yesterday for them to try. She said it handles streaming video(specifically mobitv) perfectly. She also said it was amazing and couldnt wait to get the one she won. She said they are going to be released end of feb around the 25th. That is an eternity from now my friends.

😢 Why, WHY must we be forced to wait so much longer than we already have?!?!? It's torture, TORTURE I tell you!!! I just know that somewhere there are a bunch of Cingular and SE big-wigs all sitting around a computer in one of their plush corner offices, reading our forum posts and laughing their a**es off, all the while enjoying the s710a prototypes that they've all had since December, dammit!!! 👿

my guy at the warehouse says that their computer is showing it'll hit them on the 17th. but it's been pushed before, we'll have to wait and see. but hey, rumor has it it finally got approved. this is good news.
