the display is clear and large. its quality is gvga whic is the hdtv of cell phones. i don't know what a legally blind person would think of the screen in comparison to lets say a treo 650 but i love the size and clarity.

i'd also try the nokia 6682 and if you can still find one the Nokia 6620. screen are large and very clear on these phones too.
