how loud are the ringers on this model? does it have a simultaneous ring/vib function similar to the LG vx6000? how is the volume/quality of the speakerphone?

The ringers could be louder, but should be loud enough for most situations. Probably not as loud as other top-selling phones though.

It has the following options for ringing: Silent, Ringer Off, Vibrate only, ringer (volumes 1-5), Vibrate & Ringer (volume 5) at the same time, Vibrate for a few seconds, then ring (volume 5).
how is the volume/quality of the speakerphone?
I think it is good. My friend has a VOX 8410, and I thought that speakerphone was terrible. I don't have anything else to compare this 8940 to, but I think it is loud and clear.
