ringtones

hey, i downloaded some ringers on my phone, but i dont' know how to set them to contacts or as my default ringer. It just tells me to erase, or look at the information, but i don't know how to assign them. help. 😕

yeah im having the same exact problem, its a 30 second mp3 file, but i have no way to set it as my ringtone that i can find

i figured it out! in settings, sounds, ringer types, ringer, where it lists the rings, you just press the button to the right twice and it goes to downloads, the ring should be right there.
