Outside Caller ID

I heard that this phone doesnt have outside picture caller id when someone calls you, it just shows up on the inside.
can someone let me know if this is true

Yes it is true - the picture does not show up on the outside.

This is true. The person's name and number appear on the outside, picture is on the inside. Pretty stupid if you ask me.
