Audiovox CDM-8940

well I'm on my 3rd 8940 this time its the mp3 thats not working, and im absolutely sore there is something wrong with the phone because it worked fine on the other 2 phones and i knew what i was doing, well this time when i put in the sd card it doesnt create the folders and i store any pictures from the phone on it anymore because it says error. When i called verizon they basically told me i messed the sd card up and i need to buy a new one, when i bought a new one from verizon (like 50 dollars) and i couldnt even return the one i had, the one from verizon didnt even work, so when i realized it was the phone i went to return the sd card and they said i cant because i didnt bring it in before the return days were up.
