Audiovox CDM-8940

Well for 4 months verizon has been doing an investigation on this phone, particularly with me, tech after tech, they all giving me there personal job number (maybe they took extra care with me because my mother works for verizon, but i don't know) , finally today ive been set up an appointment for a new phone entirely, the only problem is i may have to pay the difference unless i get the lg8100, but i think I'm going to get the xv6700, but anyway, i bought this phone when if first came out, it worked perfect, mp3 was flawless but after a few months went by, something happened to the ear part of the phone so i couldn't hair calls at all unless it was one speaker(no i don't need my ears checked lol), i then took it to a verizon and they made ...
