Stoopid Newbie Question about Symbian OS!

Right now, I;m leaning towards the Moto Q, assuming that it comes out in the next 60 days (I'm in the V710 Settlement).
Just saw this baby - and, although it doesn't have the Q's form-factor - it looks sweet.
Been looing at mostly WM5 phones - not Symbian. Does this phone run Series 60, or Series 80 programs? Also, how does it compare to WM5 in terms of stability, memory usage, whatecer.

This phone actually runs series 80 symbian, which is slightly different than S60, though there are lots of programs that will run on both OSs. I've not used WM too extensively, but I didn't like it very much at all, but then, I'm far from being a Windows fan in general. I LOVE my Nokia 6682, and was somewhat split as to get the 9300 or the 6682. S60 is very nice when it comes to stability, and the RAM, though miniscule on my phone, is more than enough to run it quite quickly.
