Connectivity challenges

We just received the new 7100t device and are experiencing a challenge. All of a sudden, the device starts to hesitate and when we turned it off then back on again... all we see is the hourglass. SO! We took the battery out... put it back in and still just the hourglass. So, we tried to do the reboot... no luck. Has anyone else had a similar experience and if so, were you able to find a solution? I've only had this device for a couple of weeks and the only solution that we are being presented with is to simply swap it for a new device... I'm hopeful there is another solution - simply one I haven't recognized. ???

I don't know how long you left the battery in before re-setting it, but you have to let it load through all the setting and security profiles. I've seen it take 2-3 minutes. Hope this helps.
