I wish RIM didnt "crippled" the bluetooth. I was looking forward to sync my contacts and Calendar over bluetooth.

It was done on purpose and is designed as a security feature for companies.

What do you mean "crippled". I just got the 7290 and am looking at having my Dell axim x50v use the blackberry for internet access via bluetooth. I would also, if possible like to use the blackberry QWERTY keyboard on my Dell via bluetooth. Please describe what you mean by "crippled" and also what bluetooth services your are using with your 7290? Thanks in advance.

He is talking about wirelessly (sp?) syncing his blackberry contacts/calander with his computer as you can with some PocketPC's. This is also a feature I would like to use, but cannot. Hopefully a software update in the future may allow it, or perhaps a newer model.
