o man..you don't want that phone (my man,) it's a turd with rubber poop on it..sprint service sucks dude..get a verizon phone they rock with the reception man..i had sprint once about a month ago..two days later was returing the piece..didnt work in building worth a damn..went back to verizon where reception is steller...cool phones are only cool if they work everwhere.. How can you say that sprint sucks? I been a sprint customer for 2.5 years and almost had no problems. The only drawback with them is that the customer service sucks like hell, but everything else is great. Prices of the plans are right there it should be. Sprint has the best phones in the market with the most features. Why would you want to sign up with Verizon? Although their reception is excellent.

theircustomer service is crap..and so is their coveage, (atleast in my area) i live in seattle man and the Sanyo 4500 was searching for a damn signal...im like o no *** way.. then i went back with verizon...anytime you have a problem at sprint if you can get ahold of customer service youll likely get nowhere..verizon Rules..sanyo and sprint suck

If you have any indirect dealers in your area, have them order the 7400 online through sprint's online warehouse. They can ship that phone anywhere in the country, so getting the phone where you is not an issue. The website is called BOF, or Business.Order.Fulfillment.

I too live in Seattle and actually work for Sprint and I agree about the customer service issues. But as a Technician, I must sanyo makes the best phones out there. I live in the Beacon Hill area and the service is okay on the street but in my building, blahhhh!
One of my partners hates Verizon because his phone is always on roam (and that is why he gets good service). But I too agree that Verizon is the bomb! I might even end up working there one day. Holla at me sometime if you wanna check out some phones. I'm at the Northgate store bro. Peace.
