I don't think so. I was in a forum disussing with people who supposedly ordered the phone through TeleSales and guess what. The orders were never submitted because the phone isn't out yet. If it was available to order through telesales it would be posted on the Sprint website which it isn't. But since you ordered it I hope that you paid for over night delivery which if you did please post as soon as you get the phone in your hands.

DAMN!!!! đ N-E WAYS, it may be your locations that have something to do with it-I'm in the city with the headquarters and where a lot of testing and stuff is done w/ sprint, so that may be why that e-mail was sent out to my homie. I know for a fact that she has one, and so does her brother. He got his this a.m. Trying to find out where he got his, though. I will let you know when I find out. I gave the info as truthfully as it was given to me not trying to be an a$*hole and get peoples hopes up, just trying to give a heads up. If there's a problem in other markets, or releasing is not on time, my fault. NOW LIKE I SAID, I have a very good source, and it may be that there was a problem with distribution or something. If you read my other post, it states that we where Sprint's headquarters is, and that may have something to do with it. Not sure. But was trying to bring to the table what gets brought to me, so relax, and watch how you present your disappointments. đ

OK gents...I just called Sprint (88đ 253-1315, and the rep contacted his sales dept to find out that the 5600 IS NOT available today. But, he did say his sales reps told him it would be released this week. They did not give him a date tho. Hey, DaMan...FYI...odds are your local Sprint store will not have the phone upon it's release. I believe you'll have better luck contacting Sprint's telesales dept. Thought that might help! đ

Well...oddly enough the 5600 is indeed available. I called a rep this AM and was told that it was not available. But, I called back just now (12:40 PM PST) and was told that it's showing up as available now! Congrats to all of you who will be getting yours before me! Please write your "User Opinions" ASAP! The phone is the sh$%. The ringers are clearer, the actual finish of the phone feels alot more durable than the other shiny plastics used (for the 8200 and 8100). Call clarity is good, too. The signal strength appears to be pretty good indoors. Speaker phone is extremely clear- both in callers ear and thru the speaker. Read my other post about the media, camera and camcorder stuff. I'm sooo glad it's finally out!!!! đ
