Just ordered 5600

Hi guys. I'm excited to tell you that my 5600 is on it's way. I called th e866-727-2886 number and they did it for me. Called Wednesday 12pm pacific time from Las Vegas (i know some of you are requesting that info). It should be here within 3-5 business days according to the person I spoke with. I'm very excited. 😁 Will let you all know how it is.

One thing that bothers me is that I have a $250 credit on my account and they would not use it to pay part of the phone. Is that correct? They said that I could only let the credit sit there and run with my monthly bill. I was told by 2 other people already that I could use it on sales. Sometimes I swear Sprint does not have the best communicatioon between eachother.

Well what you could have done was call the refund department and requested that your credit be given to you. They would have sent you a check in the mail for that amount that they owe you , they can only do this if you have a negative balance on you aaccount. I had a negative balance of 279.99 on my account and i requested a check be sent to me. You have the right to do that, cause it is your money, or you could just let it sit there and take care of your phone bill for a while.

It depends on your credit class whether you can bill a phone to your account...which would use up your service credit. You have to have an A or a B for consumer and you have to have an IF or better for business.
