Does anyone know if you can order the phone from telesales and still get the rebate..? cause i know i can get the rebate in the store for havin my old phone for 18months, so i dont wanna spend the whole 430 and get nothin back 😢

When I ordered mine this morning the lady at 1800 480 4727..asked me if i had my phone for 18 months. I said no so she charged me for full price of 429 plus shipping ect. So i would say yes you can get the rebate.

When I ordered mine, the guy checked to make sure I was eligible for the rebate and told me the rebate form would be sent with the phone. He also mentioned that they would not be getting another shipment of phones for a couple of weeks.

Do you have to renew your contract to get that rebate? I should be eligable as well, but seems like sprint will sometimes offer other little perks for renewing, and I don't want to miss out on those too if I can help it 😉

I didn't ask, but I think you do have to renew it. Didn't matter much to me since I don't have any reason to want to leave sprint for another carrier.
