Question... I have the 5600 but...
Ok so has anyone been able to go to the vision downloads and download anything yet... as of right now it's empty with no available downloads... But then on the main page of this site, it says how sprint came out with new caller id video downloads, and animated backgrounds... Well I want them, I get my downloads for free and want that stuff but i'm not able to get it... grr!! Anyone have success or know of a way to do it??

Check your account on-line. If the picture of your phone shows up when you view your account then you should be able to view the video ringers and newer music ringers. They are there.
Even though I was able to browse the web and do everything else with my phone it took about 3 days for the phone to be fully set up. I Noticed my device type was blank on the Sprint site. When The pic showed up... suddenly I had access to video ringers and such...

yeah well I"m not worried about the price... I get everything for free... I work for bestbuy and got a high title so I get free everything for my sprint and verizon phones... I just want the stuff so I can see how it all works... So I'm able to sell it and so on... But thanks, atleast I know it works on yours and I just need to wait for it to fully go through in sprints systems... Thanks a lot!
