Can the camera be used with the phone closed
If you turn the key-guard off, yes.
If key-guard is on, still yes but you have to hold the "call" key on the side of the phone just about the camera key for 2 seconds to temporarily release the key guard BEFORE you can push the side camera button. 🙂
