Yeah, but it doesn't support data and calendar sync...which sucks big ones because that's a lot of money to pay for address book sync and there are wonderful free tools to do ringtones ☹️ ☹️

Has anyone been successful using the supplied Sanyo 5600 USB cable with Datapilot 3.10? I tried last night and datapilot couldn't locate the phone (even though xp found it). Called datapilot tech support and they said they don't validate third party USB cables. I'd rather not buy their specific cable when I already have one...

I have the updated DataPilot 3.11 and I'm using the Sanyo USB cable that came with my MM 5600 phone. I only purchase the softwave the Susteen web site.

I'm no expert but I think you have to convert the file to .mid or something like that.

caffreydog, did you end up getting this to work. I bought Datapilot yesterday (v 3.12) and have the same exact problem. Called tech support and they were useless. Actually, they had someone taking messages for tech support and said they would email me a response or call me. Haven't heard back from them since yesterday. If they don't get it straightened out today, I'm reversing the charge. "F" these people. Don't sell a product you are not prepared to support.

If you check out this site you'll find they do support the MM 5600. However, I'm not sure it's as good as the DataPilot.
