Sanyo MM-5600
PLEASE HELP
I cannot seem to figure out how to use my USB cable to upload and downloand stuff...I called sprint and they told me there is a software disc that you buy separate...I went into the store and they said it should come in the box...We then opened a " new phone " box and there is no disk and she quickly changed her story to..."there is no disk" ARGH !!!! will someone please tell me how to do this since my manual does not tell me jack..Thanks!!!

Comment for all: 😳 I am realy surprised that with all the phones that are sold and at very high prices to boot; that these companies do not offer free 800 number telephone customer support lines. To bad DELL doen't cell sell phones. 😛

when you plug the phone into your computer have it open and when the menu comes up choose mass storage. before doing this go to tools/extras then mini SD, once in there go to mini SD setting and choose format. once it is formatted repeat the above steps and instead of format choose make folders. the format step may be optional but if you haven't saved anything to it then i would do it anyway.
