MP3 or Voice RIngtones? Any Success?

So has anyone figured out how to do this yet? Its disappointing to have such a great phone with such crappy ringers. Poly ringers just don't cut it anymore. If anyone has been successful at doing MP3 or voice ringtones, please do tell...
