distorted screen
after i made a phonecall to my friend, (this is after three days i got my phone) my screen went distorted. it basically froze, i turned off my phone... turned it back on and i got t.v static on my phone. i can still make and recieve phonecalls but i don't know who's calling me.. and i never know if my calls are getting through. before that i've had an issue too where half of my buttons wouldn't work, especially my talk key.
this is a fabulous phone, but i'm just wondering if any of you have the same problems as well. (returning it and they better give me a new one, i have warranty)

You should just return the phone, Chances are you will get a refurbished phone with the Cingular warranty exchange program 😳

yeah the warranty exchange sucks..i had to exchange mine and got a refurbished one and that one broke within 2 weeks

maybe it is a glitch from samsung because I just bought this phone almost a week ago and my buttons freeze a lot. My screen also freezes or blanks out...basically I have the same prob that u do...i luv the phone but i hate to be tapping it everytime this happens...if u tap it a couple of times (a bit hard), the problem gets fixed. but it is a hazzle.
