the usb is not working!!!!
ok i installed the Easy Studio II but once it gets to the installing of the USB it gives my some mess about "IT CAN NOT INSTALL BECAUSE IT DID NOT PASS THE WINDOWS LOGO TESTING." Ok can ANYONE help me out cuz this is getting to me already i've uninstalled it and installed it back but it still does the samething!!! Peace help me thank you very much 😢

ok it installed but now it wont let me install the phone on to my computer it says there is no installing software to install from, but i have the cd in the computer!

hmmm..what OS r u running on your computer? once u connect the usb the computer should recognize it and install the usb and u should have connecttion with your phone
