Verizon has new E815's for replacement
Just went to Verizon today (08/03/07) and am getting a new e815 to replace my broken one, so anyone who has been living with a little problem get a replacement while they are still in stock.

New or re-furbished? (as I have a little problem...I cannot hear any sample ringtones on it before I download...I have to check them out on the website)

I have no reason to think that they aren't new, I haven't received it yet (verizon is sending it to me) but I'll update this when it arrives.
