I used both the 810 and 820, and everyone that I talked to said that they could hear me better on the 820. Find a store that will let you try both (or all 3) and make some test calls. I also found the 820 more comfortable. But thats a personal preferance. Really the best way to decide is to try both and see which one works better for you.
