Can this phone operate on the Cingular or Sprint Network?

This is a GSM phone, so in the U.S. it will pretty much only work with T-Mobile and Cingular. Sprint is on a different type of network, so this particular phone will not work with that carrier. You can learn more about GSM and other network types on this site.
