Quick starter questions for v635
Just picked it up and it's been very good to me thus far. It's accurate to the details in the review.
Quick FYI: For those of you who've had the mpx or vxxx series, the chargers/data cables are compatible.
I understand I must download Mobile Phone Tools in order to download ringtones and wallpapers to the phone. I have googled it but have not found a free version of this. Can someone point me into the right direction?
-What size does the wallpaper need to be in order to fit the v635 screen?

There's a stretch to fit feature for the background. I've uploaded numerous pics of different sizes from my computer via the usb cable and they've all been compatible. Only catch is that smaller images and other sizes not the perfect size end up a little blurry, however the smaller ones look great on the external screen.

Mobile phone tools? You mean the motorola cd and usb? I bought one of ebay and am awaiting its arrival now. V635 is nice. I have TMOBILE and the other night I got the Edge sign to come on some how. Still learning to use Moto. Let me know if you have any tips or questions. I just got this phone 3 days ago.
