Boot mode on the v635

How do you get to the Bootloader on the V635?

hold *, #, and the power button. It will not look like it goes into bootloader mode - the screen will stay blank. The best way to see if it is in bootloader mode is to hook it up via the usb cable and see if your computer recognizes it.
