Mp3 Ringtones with a Bluetooth Headset

Hello,
I have a Motorola H700 headset that I use with my V635, and I was wondering if it is the headset or the phone that is not allowing me to be able to use my Mp3 ringtones with my headset. Any replies are appreciated.

Unfortunately this is a Motorola bug, it's the phone not the headset. 🙄
