Reformat from Telcel

I used to travel to and from Mexico fro work/leisure, so at the time it made sense to have a phone from Telcel. I have really gotten comfortable with the phone (LG F9100). Now I don't travel so much, and have Cingular as a provider. I got an unlock code for the phone, so now I can SMS and make phonecalls, but cannot configure the IP address for Cingular. Can anyone help me?
