loading phone numbers

Help, I am totally new to this phone. The sales person told me that I could upload all of my contacts to my 7250 using my pc connections, but I have no idea how. I have installed the desktop manager, but dont see anything for transferring contacts.

You will find various options to Sync your BB to Outlook, ACT, etc. In the Desktop manager there are options under the Sync portion.
