Ringtones and Pictures for Blackberry 7250(Verizon)

How can i get ringtones for this phone.
also ive seen peoples blackberries with pics for there wallpaper, do you know how you get those.
I just got this and tryin to figure out, any bodys help would be appreciated

u can email pics from ur comp to ur phone and set them as wallpappers I have the 7520 from nextel and im tryn to find out how to do ring tones
