Nokia 6682 / 6681
Erf! Phone keeps resetting/rebooting...
I had one of the original 6682s when they put them on their website for sale. I kept my 32k SIM and worked just great. Made it through all the firmware issues, etc. no problem. Then last month, my phone started to reset it's self every now and then... slowly it got to the point where it was doing it a few times a day. So I called Cingular on April 24th and they shipped me out a replacement phone. Now I have had this replacement phone less than a month and it has reverted to the same state.
The 2 things that I can think of that I am doing with my phone that is unusual
1) Using the 32k SIM (I do have the 64k SIM, but am very afraid!)
2) I am using Go.Yahoo to sync with my Yahoo account.
Is any one less seeing a problem with the ph...

Its the yahoo go program. There was nothing wrong with your original phone. Sometimes that program gets crazy on my phone, so I just uninstall it an reinstall it. There is no question, that is what is wrong with your phone.

Yeah, I was thinking about it and uninstalled the Go.Yahoo software and the phone settled down. I know that it is supposed to still be beta... though if you look at their site, they kinda removed all that stuff. I am kinda upset that they don't have any way to get support of the Go.Yahoo software. I prefered my original phone... this replacement phone's keypad has a lot more bleed when it lights up... the original phone was better because only number numbers lit up.
