How is the fm reception?
I am considering buying two of these phones for my wife and I. My wife thinks it would be great to use the phone as a walkman while she runs, does anyone have any experience with the reception and quality of sound from the radio?

No one out there uses this feature on the new Nokia? I'm really curious about it and wonder if it is just an added gimmick or an actual benefit.

It is pretty darn good in my opinion. I've only had the 6102 for a couple of weeks and I had to hunt down a headset for the radio to work but I have used it for 3 days now for 8 hrs at a time at work. I'm in a building with lots of equipment and I rarely get signal fade. Using the radio doesn't even seem to drain the battery at all. I just use a one ear headset (not the stereo one) cause I've got to hear what's going on around me...and the sound quality is pretty good. It has presets and if you program the name of the station it will display this on the screen. If a call comes in while the radio is playing, it will switch to the phone call then go back to the radio when you hang up.

I noticed you said you are using the single earpiece style headset. Will any Nokia compatible headset enable the FM stereo to function?

I'm assuming so. I use the standard handsfree headset with the mic....as long as the connector on the bottom connects....it should work.
