Uploading Videos To CPU

I purchased a cable that connects my phone through the USB Port of my notebook.. but for whatever odd reason I'm still having problems troubleshooting how to retrieve my videos from the phone onto the computer.

Can anyone be of assistance?

The best way I have found is to just save all your vids on a memory card. I have the 1GB card and then transfer the vids over that way. Other than that, you can try emailing them from the phone to any email address that doesn't block multimedia attachments.
