Upgrade?

Hi. Does anyone know if there is any further discount (besides the 50$ MIR) if my account has been eligible for an upgrade since June? Also, I have been a verizon customer for four or five years...I know this sometimes plays a part in discounts. Any help is appreciated.

No other discounts beside the price you pay for either retail, NE2 or 1 year new contract minus the $50 MIR. It doesn't matter how long you've been a customer. I've been one for over 7 years and I don't get extras for free.
