okay, i work for verizon as well, and in my opinion, everything he has said is false, all he has to say is negative, and i doubt he even works for verizon, he just cuts down on verizon and verizon phones, and it relly isnt bad. he probably works for cingular, and he realizes that no one seems to be actually cutting down this phone, so he takes it lie the phone might actually be really good, and he doesnt want people to possibly convert....... 😉 ive seen the model, and taken the training for, and done my research, and i plan on buying the phone...
