VX9800 Small Font Size a Big Issue
I have had my 9800 since Thursday, and at this point can pretty much live with the fine size font on the external screen, but one thing I may not be able to live with is the extremely small font size in Mobile Web 2, when reading or posting e-mails.
VZW support rightly says that they provide MW2 for all phones and they can't possibly alter it to match particular models. Makes sense to me.
LG at this point has no fix for the font issue. The problem is due to this super beautiful screen. Beautiful screen means very hi-rez and hi-rez means everything shrinks down in the LCD including fonts.

I mentioned the font size issue, he said he would certainly make a note of it. He thought it could be fixed.
I also brought up the limited cache size for web browsing. He took note, but didn't think that it would be an easy fix. He said with 2 LCD panels, MP3 feature and all the other features of this phone the browsing memory may not be easy to increase.
That's the best I can do for now folks... We'd have to wait and see what the next software upgrade will fix. Cheers, S
By setting my homepage as mobile.yahoo.com, I noticed that Yahoo provides font settings. So after changing my fonts, I changed my home page back to default. Now I can browse the web on MSN/VZW and when check e-mail my font size is totally legible.
