I am wondering if you all can access these Get It Now features....so far I can access all but these one's listed below -- I am in a non-Vcast area and I do not sub. to Mobile Web:

Under Get PIX & FLIX
- Get New Pix
------ Get New App (says no items were found)

- PIX PLACE -- access mobile web and I get an HTTP error 403 access denied message

- Get News & Info -- access mobile web and I get an HTTP error 403 access denied message

Those are the three areas...I think because I dont sub. to mobile web is why I get and error on the PIX Place and the Get News, and perhaps there are no apps under the Get New Pix section....just wondering if anyone else sees this?

These two work for me...

I am subs. to Mobile Web [$4.99] and VCAST [$15.00 - first month free ] ... Not sure if I'm gonna keep VCAST though.. The novelty is wearing off rather fast.

But, the idea of having unlimited airtime/usage thru Mobile Web when subs. with VCAST is quite inviting... I guess I'll get back to VCAST once we are able to do DUN via the 9800 😉

For now, I'm enjoying my free month of VCAST!!

Rahul....just a side note...you do not need to pay for mobile web if you have vcast.Vcast customers get unlimited MW 2.0 and Unlimited get it now browsing. So you might want to drop the $4.99 MW from your plan because you get it anyway having vcast.

I believe that you must be a subscriber to mobile web/vcast to get pix place via your phone. as far as the GIN error there is just no content available for the 9800 yet, Data support said that there will be new applications available soon.

Great thanks everyone for your help....for those who have Mobile web, do you find it useful?
I am just wondering if I should try this out....we have a good wireless network here on campus and since I have an PPC I can use it to view websites, at no cost...but it might be nice to have web access almost anywhere.

What I did on my 9800 was forward my email to a free yahoo email. Now all I have to do is get on mobile web and check it there.Sure beats paying 19.99 a month for active sync
