questions about video messaging
Is anyone having a problem with sending video? I will record a video and when I try to send it, it says "Message is too big. Try again." Anyone getting the same thing? If so, how do I fix it???? It's getting on my nerves!!! ๐ก
...
Just as long it is the 15 second video, it should send fine. Make sure the person your sending it to can accept videos.
...
Yes, it's the video that I recorded from my phone that's only 15 seconds and the person I'm sending it too can receive the video, she has the 8100. I still get the darn error message. I wonder if it's the phone or the software.
...
It should work. Have you tried sending the video to your email, or someone else?
Are you sure she has a txting plan? Because I got the same thing when I tried to txt someone that doesn't have txt messeges.
...
the reason that u cant send it is because u prolly took the video in high res. if u do then u cant send it the highest res that will send is one below the highest setting on the phone

I was getting that message a few weeks ago and I couldnt send anything...I didnt know you could adjust the resolution for the video camera on the phone. My clips were under 15 seconds and it still would not send them. The person I was trying to send them to has a Verizon wireless Razor and she has text messaging on her phone.
...
I get the message as soon as I select it to send, without even putting in an address. The person I'm sending it to is on my account so they for sure have video/pix/text messaging. I just wish I knew what it was ๐
...
Well, do they have the vx9800 as well?
If they don't you might need to go into video options and change the reslution to the smaller screen.
...
